Vetericyn Plus VF is a super-oxidized hypochlorous solution for cleansing, irrigating, debriding, and moisturizing wounds that is non-toxic, non-irritating and non-sensitizing to the animal. In vitro testing of the preservative in Vetericyn Plus shows microbial inhibition activity for a broad range of microorganisms including staphylococcal species and pseudomonas aerugenosa.
Non-Toxic, Non-Irritating Formula
Vetericyn Plus is non-cytotoxic, non-irritating, non-sensitizing and has no oral toxicity. These safety attributes allow the liquid and hydrogel formulas to be used on all dermal tissues without harming fibroblast cells.
Drug/Treatment Interactions
There are no known drug/treatment interactions or contraindications with Vetericyn Plus.
Long Shelf Life, Stable Solution
Vetericyn Plus is available in various easy-to-use dispensing containers for in-clinic and post-procedure care at home. Products have an average shelf life of 24 months due to the unique manufacturing process that optimizes HOCl and pH levels.
Bacterial Burden and Cytotoxicity
